next thing I know she bends over in the middle the road and moons them!!!

Had to get my passport renewed to stay in Grenada!  I don't actually have a Visa but every three months I get a letter from SGU saying that Lee is a "bonafide" (O Brother, Where Art Thou -anyone??) student and that I am his wife and I wish to stay in Grenada with him for the duration of his studies.  I take this letter to the immigration office and fill out a form and pray that they are in a good mood that day!  It also cost $25EC per month of an extension that I get.  That means its costing me about .25cents US per day to be here! humpf.

Fox News White House corespondent (and Significant Other of SGU Medical Student) Ellen Ratner held a public forum on campus Tuesday night. 
She talked about her experiences in the White House with 3 Presidents, Clinton, Bush, and Obama. 
I was surprised to hear that she, as a liberal wasn't too fond of Barak Obama as a whole.  Interesting stuff.

Saturday was awesome!  I spent the morning on the beach with the kids from BelAir Home, went to the Work Boat Regatta, and rode the Discovery Train downtown St. George's!

Lee played in a hockey tournament with the Canadian Student Association! 
It was so fun to watch him play (the first time I've ever seen my Canadian boy play hockey!)
He scored two goals & his team won 3 games! but lost in the semifinals

We celebrated our friend Shereen's 21st Birthday on Sunday at Umbrella's restaurant & at the beach!
Shereen grew up in the same neighborhood of the kids at Limes.  She faced the same obstacles these kids face & she was able to graduate high school & is studying social work at the community college!!  I am so proud of her!!  She will be an excellent social worker!  & it gives me hope for some of our kids at Limes!

this creature is dead on the road in front of our house.  Lee said it's a cane toad.  I never, ever want to come across one alive.  It looks like it has claws!   It's body is about 8 inches long.... that's one big toad!
according to Wikipedia they were introduced to the Caribbean to eat pests that destroy the sugar cane, but it didn't go so well b/c cane toads are always hungry and eat everything dead & alive.  & I don't think they have any predators here....
